The ReGenesis Fit Program
The ReGenesis workout is performed 1 or 2 times per week for 10-15 minutes and consists of two components. A Testing Mode which is followed by a Training Mode. In those 10-15 minutes the user lift loads comparable to a 2 or 3 day workout with loads up to 5x heavier. This is possible due to the specialized design of ReGenesis device and the the custom tailored program. Traditional equipment or workouts cannot re-create these conditions.

The Sessions (10-15min)
Each session begins with a Strength Test and ends with Endurance Training in all 3 positions.
-
Strength Testing Mode / Osteogenic Loading (1 min) – In this mode ReGenesis measures the users maximum strength for each of the 3 main body positions (Leg Press, Chest Press, Shrug), using a form of Overcoming Isometrics where a user pushes against an immovable object thereby demanding more from the neurological pathway which cultivates more muscular strength vs size, and does not result in muscle damage. Real time visual biofeedback provides instant comparisons to past performances, motivating users and enabling them to push past prior strength measurements.

-
Strength & Endurance Training Mode / Static Contraction Training (9-14 min) – In this mode ReGenesis measures the users maximum muscle strength and endurance for each of the 3 main body positions using a combination of Yielding Isometrics and Functional Isometrics whereby the user holds a load in a static position for as long as they can, resisting movement of the load. The user can slightly alter positioning for comfort / intensity. This creates immense muscle endurance and strength in a very safe way compared to traditional strength training. Real time visual biofeedback provides instant comparisons to past performances, motivating users and enabling them to push past prior performance.

The 3 Positions
In each of the 3 positions the user is in an Optimal Biomechanical Position in order to safely produce the maximum force achievable. This allows for the greatest amount workload in the shortest amount of time. This also stimulates the muscles, bones and soft tissues to regenerate themselves because the body naturally builds up a tolerance to the loads. The Optimal Biomechanical Positions also create a very low joint torque workout, allowing for a safe and pain free session.

Osteogenic Loading – During the testing mode the user performs a maximal isometric loading for each of the 3 positions which provides the ReGenesis SMART CPU with a baseline maximum strength which will determine the weight used during the Endurance Training Mode.
Static Contraction Training – During the training mode the user performs an isolated range movement using 40-60% of their Test Mode weight holding it for as long as they can. This helps to train their peak muscle endurance as well as peak strength.
Real Time Visual Biofeedback
The software provides Real Time Visual Biofeedback for the user for Osteogenic Loading session as well as Static Contraction Training session. The visual biofeedback shows users “prior” performance vs “current” performance which provides them with intrinsic motivation as the goal is to improve upon each prior session. Data includes:
ReGenesis will measure and display the users Peak Isometric Measurement which is displayed in pounds (lbs) and compares “prior” performance with “current” performance.
ReGenesis will measure and display the users Mean Isometric Measurement which is displayed in pounds (lbs) and it compares “prior” performance with “current” performance.
ReGenesis will measure and display the users Endurance level throughout the performance which is displayed in pounds (e = lbs x sec) and compares “prior” performance with “current” performance.

Progress Reports
The software will track all testing and training sessions in order to provide the user with progress reports. The progress reports show historical improvements, and they also provide a high level of intrinsic motivation. The detailed reports give data for each of the 3 body positions and the data includes:
ReGenesis will measure and track the users Muscle Strength & Endurance during each session for all 3 positions. Progress trends are provided for motivation.
ReGenesis will provide Multiple of Body Weight Loaded as another measurement as this is a relation to the amount of Osteogenic Loading that is occurring.
ReGenesis will measure and track the users % Muscle Strength Increase from their initial session to the current session.
ReGenesis will measure and track the users % Muscle Endurance Increase from their initial session to the current session.
