The business model is simple
We place a unit at little to no cost to each facility and we do a revenue share if you are a wellness center (PT, Chiro, Gym, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch Center, etc.) or monthly lease if you are a physicians office. The Competitive Comparison
Below is a comparison of ReGenesis to the two systems that established the Osteogenic Loading market (BioDensity & OsteoStrong). These devices only offer a portion of what ReGenesis is gong to offer to both the users as well as the business owners who have a ReGenesis unit. The Competitive Machines and their business models are doing very well due to the ever growing interest in a natural remedy to stimulate bone growth without having to take medications (FDA Bisphosphonate Review). The current membership cost to utilize the equipment is as high as $200 a month.
Biodensity is the original company who developed the Biodensity Osteogenic Loading Device. They primarily sell their Biodensity machine to various medical and wellness facilities (Dr., PT, Chiro, etc.). The machine is a very large multifunction device which has an approximate footprint of 30sf which requires a very large dedicated space for the machine. The Biodensity device is also very expensive costing somewhere between $40,000 – $50,000. Additionally, the user only does 30 seconds of work during the session so the cumulative muscle stimulus is minimal which means less stress on the muscles and thus less muscle development. Though the user does not a get high muscle workload the user definitely receives the benefits of Osteogenic Loading, which stimulates bone growth.
OsteoStrong is a franchising company that initially used the Biodensity units in their facilities, but later created their own 4 Osteogenic Loading Devices. These 4 devices provide the same Osteogenic Loading benefits as the Biodensity device. Just like the Biodensity sessions the users only receives 30 seconds of Osteogenic Loading stimulus, and they do not receive any significant muscle stimulus. The franchise cost ranges from $350k – $650k, and requires an entire facility to be leased in order to place the 4 machines and other ancillary equipment. Again the user undergoes very little muscle stimulation but the benefits of the Osteogenic Loading for bone health is truly remarkable.
How We Differ
ReGenesis is the only Osteogenic Loading device on the market that has the ability to do Osteogenic Loading and Strength/Endurance Training Session with loads. The other devices only offer Isometric Loading for bouts of approximately 30 seconds. ReGenesis on the other hand does the same Osteogenic Loading, but then the users are taken through a calculated Strength & Endurance Training Session to help fully activate and stimulate the muscles, nerves and cardio vascular system.
The Continuous Feedback Loop keeps clients coming back and staying with the program
ReGenesis provides a continuous feedback loop for the user both during and after each workout
Technology Feedback: While the device is in use the user receives real time biofeedback which provides intrinsic motivation, allowing for the greatest physical effort possible.
